Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes applied during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
